Helping clients manage Chronic Pain requires adaptability; having multiple tools in your EP toolkit and knowing which one to select for the person, situation or phase of treatment. This explanation still draws on the theoretical background of the bio-psycho-social factors that can cause and exacerbate Chronic Pain, but offers an alternative for clients to conceptualise it.
