In this episode, Caitlin and Jacqui discuss the systemic changes as a result of menopause and how it fits within the Exercise Physiology scope of practice. We talk about common symptoms of menopause that client's may present with, how to discuss this normal hormonal change within a woman's lifespan and why exercise is crucial to manage menopausal changes. They share experiences of working with women perimenopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal and how opening up the conversation to keep women informed can optimise her health.
